These two have really enjoyed hunting this year, and all of us have enjoyed the meat! :) haha.
Thought I'd also mention a little story that I thought was pretty cute. The other day Joy went on a small road trip with dad. They were driving down the road, playing I spy and Joy said, "I spy something brown.." Well, dad guessed and guessed and finally he said "my hair?" Joy- " No, thats drey." haha! ;)

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving Day! So good to see everybody and get to spend some time with them. :) Now its back to another week of work and school! Hope you're week is going great so far!

Ranch Rodeo!

We went to the world championship ranch rodeo again this year :) It was so much fun! Its neat to watch the different ranches as they work with each other and their horses!

Veterans Day Tribute!

Dad and Kolton have been working on a blind. They finished it last weekend. :) I had a couple of friends over so this is one of the things we did, painted the blind!

We've been getting together with another homeschool family on Fridays! We're doing a class on nutriton 101, some lab work/disections and most of all quality time! It has really made my senior year even more enjoyable!

One of the many reasons I love homeschooling!

I love being with my mom and siblings and all of us being able to learn together! :] Here we had just finished studying our Greek and Latin rootwords and Joy was copying the answers Kolton and I gave mom, like manuscript (in Joys words "manucript.")

First day of school!

We started school the first of September! It's going really well. Ivy is a senior now, and although very busy, she is really enjoying her classes! :) Kolton is in the 6th grade, enjoying school as much as an 11 year old boy can. (Which is not very much! haha) ;]

Remembering 9/11

I know this is a couple of days late, but I wanted to do a tribute about 9/11/01. Its hard to imagine how people could be so evil and kill so many people. We are so lucky to be apart of this great country. Many many thanks to all the heroes and soldiers fighting for our freedom.

This is the third rattlesnake we've found this year! We really really dislike these things, but somehow they feel welcome! Kolton and Joy were out playing in the yard by the house and Joy almost stepped on it. Kolton saw what it was and made her run to the shop! So thankful for wonderful big brothers! :]
